I am receiving an error message, or being redirected to an error page whenever I try to download a mesh/recolor of an item.

Please reload your page, and try again.  If the problem persists, then please Contact Me as soon as you can, so that I can try to remedy the situation from my end.

 

Files from your site do not show up in my game!

I will make a note of any recolor that needs a specific expansion pack in order for you to use them in your game.  Recolors using expansion packs that you do not own may not work in your game (you may need the meshes that come with the expansion packs in order for a recolor to work).  Please note that if you do not download a mesh needed for a specific recolor, you may not be able to see the items in your game (they will appear as one of the outfits from your base game/EPs).  If you are still having trouble, please feel free to Contact Me
